Where Warriors of Junk Works

Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Hernando. Four counties, no storefront, nothing to drive to. The truck comes to the thing that needs moving.

Four counties, no office to visit

Warriors of Junk comes to you. There is nothing to drive to, which is how this trade works anyway, so the only thing worth publishing is the ground we actually cover.

Pasco County

This is the north corridor and it is where most of the week goes. Pasco runs from established neighborhoods with garages that have been filling since the nineties out to newer subdivisions still finishing their build-out, so the same day can hold a garage cleanout, a rental turnover and a driveway full of remodel debris.

Hillsborough County

Hillsborough is the dense end of the service area and the work skews commercial and contractor-driven. Offices, retail units and active remodels, plus the rental stock that turns over constantly around them.

Pinellas County

Pinellas is a peninsula, and that shapes the work. Storm exposure on both coasts, older single-storey housing stock, and a lot of screened lanais, pool cages and back-yard structures that eventually need taking down.

Hernando County

Hernando is the top of the service area and the properties are bigger. More land per house, more outbuildings, and more of the slow accumulation that comes with having somewhere to put things.
