Before and After

These are Matt's own job photos, taken on a phone on the day. Nothing here is stock, nothing is staged and nothing is generated. Each pair is one property, before and after.

The angles shift between the two shots because a person walked in, worked, and took the second one from wherever they happened to be standing. That is what a real record looks like.

Before

A two-car garage packed to the back wall with a sectional sofa, a stacked washer and dryer, flattened cardboard and loose debris across the floor. The house number 30840 is painted on the header beam.
  • Sectional sofa
  • Washer and dryer
  • Flattened cardboard

After

The same garage under the same 30840 header beam, floor swept end to end, with only the washer, dryer and a bin left standing against the right wall.

Before

A beige garage with mattresses stacked on a sofa, a rolled carpet on the floor and boxes crowding the doorway, leaving no room to walk through.
  • Stacked mattresses
  • Rolled carpet

After

The same beige garage seen from the driveway, floor clear across its full width, with a bicycle and the shelving that was always meant to be there left along the side wall.

Before

A garage under exposed metal roof trusses, with a green folding table, a wooden cabinet, broken-down cardboard and full white bags covering the floor.
  • Folding table
  • Bagged waste

After

The same truss-roofed garage with the floor emptied, only a blue recycling bin and a black trash can remaining beside the shelving.

Before

A garage beside a grey electrical panel, its floor taken up by a folding table, stacked boxes, a red bag and loose household clutter.
  • Stacked boxes
  • Loose clutter

After

The same garage swept back to bare concrete, wide open from the door to the back wall, with a refrigerator and two bins tucked into the far corner.

Want the words that go with these? The reviews page carries what 112 people wrote about the same kind of work.

Most of these are garage cleanouts, which is one of only two jobs customers name unprompted in their own reviews. The rest of the list is on services, and it all runs across four counties.
